For our office in Kruibeke, Belgium, we are looking for a full-time 

Office Manager (m/f/d)

to join our team as soon as possible. 

What awaits you:

• Provide professional support and coordination for our Customer Service team and act as the first point of contact for colleagues
• Ensure a high level of customer service and support our customers in daily operations
• Manage and follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries and complaints
• Organize and optimize administrative office processes while working closely with Sales, Logistics and other departments 
• Coordinate customer projects, installations and appointments
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and continuously improve processes 

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification 
• Several years of experience in Customer Service or Sales Operations 
• Ejoy taking responibility and providing professional guidance and support to a team 
• Strong organizational skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Excellent communication skills, customer focus and a strong spirit
• Fluent Dutch and very good English skills and confident handling of common MS Office applications
